Shipping and Return Policy

Orders are shipped by PostNL as soon as possible after payment. (Generally between 1 to 3 working days)

An order for a Belgian address usually takes 2 to 5 days. Packages for both the Netherlands and Belgium receive a track and trace code.

If an ordered item appears out of stock you will be notified and told when the item will be back in stock and shipped.

Pick up.

You can choose to pick up your order at our store and warehouse in Zoeterwoude (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday). If you select this when you place your order we would like to hear from you when you would like to come by so we can be sure we can deliver the item in question.

Return information

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return from your home to the webshop are for your own account. This cost is approximately 6.95 per package, please consult your carrier’s website for exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Dutchclockworks with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@clockparts.nl We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.
